Chapter 10 Florida sends National a quarterly report on members volunteer activities. When you volunteer your services or your time, or participate in an activity that supports our Mission Statement, please fill out the form below and return to Jean Best.
When you participate in activities sponsored by Chapter 10 Florida where you have signed in on a Chapter 10 Florida sign-in sheet (usually provided by Darlene Seltz), you do NOT need to fill out this volunteer form. Those events and activities are managed by Membership and count toward your member-in-good-standing statistics.
